In 2021, the 15th Annual MDR was held to benefit Soul Dog Rescue in Fort Lupton, CO.

In 2020, the 14th Annual MDR was held to benefit Friends of Charlies Place in Dumont, CO.

In 2018, the 12th Annual MDR was held to benefit one of 4 shelters entered into drawing. Evergreen Animal Protective League in Evergreen, CO was selected at the drawing at the Run on June 10, 2018.

In 2016, the 10th Annual MDR was held to benefit Evergreen Animal Protective League in Evergreen, CO.

In 2015, the 9th Annual MDR was held to benefit Every Creature Counts in Ft. Lupton, CO

In 2014, the 8th Annual MDR was held to benefit Humane Society of the South Platte Valley in Littleton, CO

In 2013, the 7th Annual MDR was held to benefit Intermountain Humane Society in Pine, CO.

From 2007 through 2012, the Annual MDR was held to benefit MaxFund Animal Shelter in Denver, CO.
